Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SCMC) founded in 1954, one of the eight major manufacturing plants and one of the five major metal structure factories in China during the founding period of China's construction machinery, is now a state-controlled mixed ownership enterprise under Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Group Co., Ltd., and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2004 (stock code: 600984).
